Before becoming the CEO of AOR Private Limited, Mayur worked as a system software engineer in a Logistics company based in Atlanta, GA, USA but originally from Graz, Austria. He was trained as to think like a corporate person. He managed various tasks such as coding, tracing, analyzing data and queries while working there. He worked there for 1.6+ years.

But the memories of his dear country got him back to India. During his homecoming he envisioned an idea of developing application that can help billions of Indians on everyday bases. Making life easier for them and help local businesses grow. His past experience as a system software engineer helped him make a blueprint of the idea which then, laid foundation to AOR.

Renuka Sah

CFO

Mrs. Sah is the CFO and economist at AOR Private Limited. She graduated with B. Com and then pursued Information and Library Science as her subject.

With background in Economics and Library Science, Mrs Sah has a great understanding of matrices and how it functions. Her practice knowledge of such provide the company to create databases which are information filled, yet simple to grasp and understand.

Her understanding of commercial sector, provides AOR with an accounting system which is appropriate and inlined. Her favorite quote, "An economist is an expert who will know tomorrow why the things he predicted yesterday didn't happen today." (by Laurence Peter), tells all one needs to know about her and her vision of the company.

Sapna Sharma

Co founder/Head of HR

A Full Stack Developer. Her passion for designing and developing has been evident in her work. Through those experiences she has learned to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased her ability to lead the team.

With a background in full stack development and designing, Sapna know the need and importance of a neat, clean and clear front end development. And so is easily shown by her past work. The 3 nutshell attributes of her's are - dedication, focus and will. With these 3, she can make the impossible, possible and unexpected, expected.

Her vision, experience and understanding of the system, is the key to front end development of AOR.

Mr. William 'Bill' Bowers

Mr. Bowers is a dynamic leader with extensive background creating and leading highly successful organizations, global transformations and innovative go-to-market strategies that drive clear business impact. Mr. Bowers has 25+ years of international industry and IT experience in sales, marketing, product management, and consulting working within both large and small companies such as: Nortel, IBM, Trilogy, i2 Technologies and SAP. Mr. Bowers's professional focus has been to work with businesses within several industries to reduce time-to-market and time-to-value of highly differentiated businesses and IT solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes that helped transform those businesses. He is a natural-born, avid story-teller that works with companies to develop their digital transformations and future innovation stories. Mr. Bowers believes the best way to change a company’s future is to change the story companies tell themselves about their future.
